It Started At The Range

LongTerm Training began with something simple: helping friends and family handle firearms safely at the local range. Steven saw how much anxiety and uncertainty surrounded firearm ownership, and how rarely beginners had a patient, judgment-free place to learn. What started as one-on-one guidance grew into a professional academy built on small classes, clear instruction, and real-world context instead of pressure or bravado.

No Pressure, No Bravado

Our approach is calm, patient, and built around confidence. We keep classes small, combine classroom learning with simulator training and supervised live fire where appropriate, and move at a pace that suits each student. Every session leaves room for questions and gentle correction of unsafe habits, so students walk away not just knowing how to handle a firearm, but understanding when and why to act responsibly.
